House by Sanz was originally founded when three siblings – previously working as an interior designer, a marketing director and a banker – realised that their combined complementary talents would help turn a shared pastime of renovating buildings into a full-service family business.
Connoisseurs of good living, we have always been committed to creating spaces with a lasting aesthetic and employing deep local knowledge for a demanding clientele. We believe our involvement extends further than that of traditional developers, as we consider ourselves authors of our projects.
Our residential developments have the simple mission to improve people’s lives with exceptional, design-driven, family-focused living. Our hospitality projects use the same tools to create memorable moments for our guests. We place value on people, places and products in our unique approach to each new project.
Having lived through the first decade of developments, we relaunched as Sanz Projects – under new ownership and focused exclusively on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
